Meet Angela
Committed to helping improve neighborhoods and communities, Angela Meisenheimer has consistently delivered during her career as a Real Estate Agent. She brings more than 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, and communications to her role as a dedicated agent for a diverse clientele throughout Northern California.
With previous positions as a Sales Executive in the Bay Area, the Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Dixon Business Association, Event Planner and Business Owner, Newspaper Reporter and Columnist, Executive Assistant, and a Sports Fitness Director, Angela offers flexibility, reliability, conscientiousness, and commitment to those she works with, families, and clients she works for.
Thoughtful, ethical, honest, fair, sincere, and easy to work with, Angela prides herself on providing excellent customer service with attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
Originally born and raised in Santa Barbara, Angela had lived in San Diego, Los Gatos, Marin County, the Bay Area, and the Hawaiian Islands before settling in Solano County in 1995 with her husband and raising their three sons.
Angela Meisenheimer was honored as the 62nd Annual Citizen of the Year at Celebrate Dixon on March 8, 2024. Her contributions to the community and commitment to Downtown Dixon’s success have earned her the title.
Angela Meisenheimer ‘2024 Citizen of the Year’ – Highlights of her volunteering:
Since 1996 Angela volunteered as Dixon’s Neighborhood Crime Watch Coordinator for the Police Department, and organizing National Night Out. She served on the Board as Chair of the Tremont Parents Association for many years organizing events, fundraising for teachers and playground & stage equipment, and commissioned school murals. She also baked custom cakes for many events at schools, community, and city events. Angela wrote weekly community interest articles for three local/area newspapers. She was instrumental and spearheaded the directional way-finding signage throughout the community. Angela also was on the committee for the Historical Downtown Dixon walking tour, a several decade long collaborative community project; sponsoring some of the bronze plaques, as well as all the placements of the bronze plaques on the historical buildings in the downtown area. She also commissioned and paid for larger Murals in the downtown area.
Angela is most recognized for her continuous commitment as the Co-Chair of Dixon’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Festival, which she has been coordinating for 25 years plus.
Angela currently volunteers to host and coordinate a monthly Dixon REALTOR Home Caravan Tour, organizing for ALL Brokers/Agents for the last 8 years. She is currently the Vice President of the Downtown Dixon Business Association, as well as volunteers with other various fundraising events for Dixon Family Services, the Woman’s Improvement Club, and the Dixon's Teen Center.
